Canceling the application will not allow you to get a refund of the deposit. However, we will keep your application slot for you and wait for your next application. Any cancellation due to personal reasons cannot be refunded. In case of an emergency and you need to stop your studies halfway, we will retain your course fees and wait for you to come back and continue your studies in the future.

Some shopping malls and stores in China can accept cash now, but Chinese people are more accustomed to using mobile payment. Don’t worry. We will assist you in applying for WeChat and Alipay payment.

We will recommend textbooks suitable for your Chinese proficiency level. You can choose to purchase them or use the free electronic versions.

We will provide accommodation and do our best to meet the students’ requirements. However, if you really need other accommodation options, you can choose them yourself, but the cost will be your responsibility.
